1. Law Clerk role. The Law Clerk must support the Judicial Clerk to ensure the smooth operation of the community's Judicial System. The Law Clerk will meet as needed with the Judicial Clerks to discuss the functioning of the Judicial System.
2. Introducing the JS. The Law Clerk must assist in acquainting each new Community Meeting Member, Judicial Committee Member or Judicial Clerk with the Community’s Judicial System.
3. JC Record. The Office Clerk must file each Judicial Committee report in the Community Meeting Record.

5. Advising on the Law Book. The Law Clerk is available to advise and explain the laws in this Law Book.
6. Maintaining the Law Book. The Law Clerk is responsible for maintaining and updating the Community Meeting Lawbook. The Law Clerk must ensure the Lawbook is updated on a weekly basis to reflect new and/or revised laws. The Law Clerk is authorised to create, delete, and amend cross-references in the Lawbook as needed.
